* Program::WriteOut(): Instead of triggering E_Exit() when trying to call DOS_WriteFile() while the DOS kernel is inactive, a warning message will now be logged. Using Reboot Guest System with Windows 95 and a CD-ROM drive should no longer result in an E_Exit crash
* Reset MSCDEX and drive allocation during BIOS bootup so IMGMOUNT commands function correctly after the guest system reboots
* BOOT program: Apply the prg_nopsp Program flag if the DOS kernel remains disabled, aiding in resolving issues with the Reboot Guest System menu command and Windows 95
* The most recent PS/2 updates disrupt mouse input in Windows, so it is currently disabled with #if 0
