Flycast Git Release (October 22, 2025)

Flycast Git (2025/10/22) is now available, featuring improvements for the multi-platform Sega Dreamcast, Naomi, and Atomiswave emulator based on reicast. Key updates include the relocation of a duplicate Exception class to SerializeBase, enhanced detection and communication of buffer overflows during save state serialization in the libretro version, and improved error handling for window resizing in Vulkan.
