melonDS Git (2026/05/01) is an open-source Nintendo DS emulator, representing the second wave of DS emulators. Key features include a nearly complete core, JIT recompiler for fast emulation, OpenGL rendering, RTC support, joystick compatibility, and savestates. Additional capabilities like local multiplayer and DSi emulation are in progress. The latest update addresses a segfault issue occurring at exit.
