N64 Repository Update (August 15, 2026)

N64 Git (2026/08/15) is an experimental low-level N64 emulator developed in C and C++. Currently under heavy development, it is not yet ready for mainstream use, with low compatibility and performance. The project’s goals are to achieve improved compatibility while serving as a learning platform for developers. The latest changelog includes the cloning of submodules, and the previous version, N64 Git (2025/06/15), is available for download.

N64 Git (2026/08/15) has been compiled. This experimental low-level N64 emulator is written primarily in C, with some elements in C++. It is still in active development and not yet ready for widespread use. Current compatibility is limited, and performance needs improvement (for now). The main goals of this project include building a low-level emulator with solid compatibility and gaining new knowledge throughout the process.
