Shipping & Returns

Retro Replay ships orders within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Shipping

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. We will send tracking information when the carrier provides it. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact Retro Replay with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing an item.

For a change of mind, return the game in the same condition and with the same contents you received, including its original case, manual, and inserts when those were part of the listing. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days after delivery and provide photos where helpful. Retro Replay pays reasonable return shipping for an approved return in these cases.

We issue approved refunds to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping is free, so there is no outbound shipping charge to deduct. Payment providers may take additional time to show the refund on your account.

This policy applies to purchases placed directly with Retro Replay. A product marked out of stock cannot be ordered until it is available again.
