The Xbox 360 Controller Emulator is a wrapper library that translates xinput calls into directinput calls, enabling your GamePad, Joystick, Wheel, and other controllers to operate as an Xbox 360 controller on Windows PCs. For instance, it allows you to use a Logitech wheel to play Grand Theft Auto (GTA).
