Ymir Version Control (August 17, 2026)

The Ymir Git (2026/08/17) is a newly released work-in-progress Sega Saturn emulator. Key features include support for loading games from various file formats (BIN+CUE, IMG+CCD, MDF+MDS, ISO), automatic IPL ROM detection, automatic region switching, and support for two players with customizable controls. The emulator offers backup RAM management, save states, rewind functionality (up to one minute at 60 fps), turbo speed, and frame stepping. Additionally, it includes a developing debugger and recent changes to VDP2 rendering code and resource organization. Users can download the latest version of Ymir Git.
