This pack works because it refuses to settle into one automotive niche. You can start with the compact 2010 Renault Clio RS, move to the 1986 Alfa Romeo GTV-6, and then step into a 1966 Ford Country Squire. That spread gives familiar Forza Motorsport 4 events fresh personality without needing to change what you already enjoy about the game.

The serious machines are where the pack earns its place for dedicated drivers. The 1971 Ferrari #2 Ferrari Automobili 312 P brings a racing-car option to the selection, while the 2012 Ultima GTR and 2011 Wiesmann GT MF5 offer modern performance-car contrast. They are not just variations on the same fantasy; each belongs to a very different kind of garage.

There is room for straightforward muscle and grand touring, too. The 1969 Chevrolet Nova SS 396, 1969 Chevrolet Corvair Monza, and 1995 BMW 850CSi make the collection feel broader than a handful of headline exotics. If you like choosing a car because its shape, period, and personality appeal to you—not merely because it is the fastest option—this is a satisfying batch.

It is still an add-on built for an existing game. If you have not connected with Forza Motorsport 4’s circuit-racing foundation, 11 extra cars will not reverse that verdict. But if you are already building a varied garage in Forza Motorsport 4, this is one of the more agreeable kinds of DLC: more machines with enough difference between them to encourage another drive.

Graphics

The pleasure here is in the contrast of the cars themselves: the long, utilitarian body of the Ford Country Squire sits far away from the sleek Aston Martin V12 Zagato (Villa d’Este), the compact Clio RS, and the purposeful open racing shape of the Ferrari 312 P. That is a good-looking cross-section of automotive history to add to the grid and garage.

Story

There is no new story to chase. The March Pirelli Car Pack is about adding cars to the driving game you already know, and it makes no attempt to dress that up as a campaign or narrative expansion.

That directness suits the material. A DLC car pack lives or dies on whether its vehicles make you want to run another race, compare a few unlikely choices, or simply spend time with a favorite make. The Alfa, Aston Martin, BMW, Chevrolet pair, Ferrari, Ford, Renault, Ultima, and Wiesmann give it enough range to do exactly that.

The Ferrari 312 P is the obvious history-minded inclusion, while the Country Squire supplies a wonderfully offbeat counterpoint. Between those extremes, the pack feels curated rather than random, even if there is no larger theme binding every selection together.

Overall Experience

The March Pirelli Car Pack is a worthwhile garage expansion for anyone who wants more than a cluster of near-identical supercars. Its best quality is the way it lets you alternate between eras and attitudes: Italian classics, American muscle, a German grand tourer, a French hot hatch, a wagon, and high-end performance cars all arrive together.

Not every car will become your personal favorite, and that is fine. A good car pack should create choices, and this one has enough oddballs alongside its prestige picks that you are likely to find at least a few machines you want to revisit.

Buy it if Forza Motorsport 4 has already hooked you and your preferred races feel better with a deep, varied garage. Skip it only if extra cars hold no appeal for you; this pack expands the roster rather than changing the game around it.
