GroovyMame is a modified version of M.A.M.E., primarily designed for CRT monitors, as we believe that CRT technology significantly enhances the emulation experience. Nevertheless, you can also utilize GroovyMAME to improve certain challenges faced when emulating on LCD screens, particularly for models that support custom refresh rates.

Improvements in audio latency and various code enhancements
* For games that do not employ VIDEO_UPDATE_AFTER_VBLANK, reduce vblank time for better audio latency
* Maintain minimum buffer count across both audio updates for emusynclog
* Update audio at m_vactive_ratio instead of 1.0, allowing for earlier audio without negative latency even without -afd
* Lower minimum buffering latency to 0.1 ms, extend skip duration to 1 second, and decrease minimum adjustment to 0.25 ms, particularly relevant for PipeWire
* Correct XAudio2/WASAPI available() calculation
* Introduce mutex for sink registration
* Resolve out-of-bound read caused by fractional audio updates, which fixes gyruss (and possibly more)
