PCSX2 Version 2.7.8

PCSX2 v2.7.8 has been released, enhancing the free and open-source PlayStation 2 emulator. It replicates PS2 hardware using MIPS CPU Interpreters, Recompilers, and a Virtual Machine to manage hardware states and system memory, enabling PS2 gaming on PC. Notable updates include the removal of unnecessary QOverload usages in the UI and the adoption of u32 for width and height instead of s32. PCSX2 v2.7.8 has been released.
