RPCS3 Git Update (January 8, 2026)

RPCS3 Git (2026/01/08) is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger, developed in C++ for Windows and Linux since 2011. It supports DirectX 12, Vulkan, and OpenGL renderers, and can run numerous commercial games and SDK samples with ongoing contributions improving compatibility. Recent updates include fixes to the Qt/input pressure intensity, adjustments to texture-cache dimensions, multi-selection options in the game grid, and updates to FAudio and SDL. The latest version is available for download.

Since its creation in early 2011, the emulator has evolved to support modern rendering technologies like DirectX 12, Vulkan, and OpenGL.
