PCSX-Redux Git Version (August 10, 2026)

PCSX-Redux Git (2026/08/10) is a work-in-progress fork of the PCSX PlayStation emulator. The main objectives are to update the codebase, eliminate the plugin system, and create a unified codebase for better emulation. It aims to enhance portability and readability using SDL/OpenGL3+/ImGui and improve debugging and rendering experiences. While development is ongoing, the main objectives include: Updating the codebase to modern standards, eliminating the plugin architecture to create a unified codebase that manages all aspects of Playstation emulation, utilizing SDL/OpenGL3+/ImGui for enhanced portability and clarity, and improving both the debugging and rendering experiences.
