Worked on Icarus, nullDC and Reicast, including Dreamcast graphics emulation.

In the emulation story
ZNullptr, credited earlier as ZeZu, co-created nullDC with skmp after earlier work on Icarus. In their 2020 interview, the developers describe sharing multiple parts of the emulator, with ZNullptr working on graphics and later ARM processor emulation. His role connects early Dreamcast experiments to the nullDC and Reicast line. Project record.
Getting the next scene to work
Early graphics experiments could prove an idea before players had a useful program to download. nullDC eventually crossed that gap. Its first public release notice credits ZeZu alongside drk||Raziel, GiGaHeRz and PsyMan.
The division between processor and graphics work helped collaborators tackle different parts of the same machine. For the player, those boundaries disappeared when a game ran: a correctly drawn scene depended on many pieces arriving together.
